• Conduct outbound communications via phone and email with existing customers and channel partners

• Drive improvements in Lifecycle Management processes and maintain documentation for Installed Base growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity with a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience

• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion
• Sales experience within the technology industry is a plus
