A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth and connect with customers regarding health and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities

• Empathize with customers to discuss their health goals and the benefits of infrared saunas
• Manage leads and sales transactions using Salesforce CRM while ensuring accurate order processing
• Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through various marketing channels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year of telephone sales experience with a proven sales track record
• 1+ year of experience using Salesforce and strong technical skills
• Self-motivated and competitive with excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
