Duties
? Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
? Identify new market opportunities and assess competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
? Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing market trends.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
? Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
? Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely execution of business development projects.
? Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
? Proven experience in business development, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management.
? Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
? Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market data effectively.
? Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
