Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Analyst Accountant to manage indirect tax compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full indirect tax compliance cycle, including preparation and review of tax returns
• Collaborate with third-party service providers for timely and accurate filing of indirect tax returns
• Monitor changes in indirect tax legislation and update internal procedures accordingly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with over 5 years of experience in U.S. and Canadian tax compliance
• Proven background in indirect tax roles with hands-on responsibility for compliance and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with NetSuite and SureTax or similar tax compliance systems
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure compliance and resolve tax issues
