A company is looking for a Department Chair & Full-Time Faculty - Secondary Education Licensure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and oversight for secondary initial licensure programs
• Teach online courses and oversee curriculum and assessments aligned with accreditation standards
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate adjunct faculty while fostering innovative teaching practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Doctorate in Education, Secondary Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field required
• Minimum three years of teaching experience under a standard secondary teaching license
• Demonstrated excellence in online instruction for adult learners
• Experience with program-level assessment and curriculum development preferred
• Strong academic credentials in a secondary content area, preferably Math
