Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse-Part-time-Cardiology-Triage-Ambulatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and triage patients based on nursing judgment and departmental protocols
• Communicate abnormal test results to patients and provide physician direction
• Assist with in-office patient visits and serve as a patient advocate in communications with physicians

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license required
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program is required
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA is required
• Advanced Life Support certifications may be required based on department specialty
