Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to families on senior care options, ensuring an exceptional experience
• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct initial consultation calls with families
• Educate families on customized senior care options and liaise with senior housing communities or care providers

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes
• Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems
• Successful completion of a new hire training program
