Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional support for government-based contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and greet customers professionally
• Assist with tech troubleshooting and appointment scheduling
• Document calls, inquiries, and follow up with customers as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace for remote work
• Compatible computer (no Macs or Chromebooks) and USB-wired headset required
• Availability between 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday
