Job Summary

A company is looking for a Surest Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute key tasks associated with Surest group setup in collaboration with Implementation Managers
• Capture key data and interact with internal stakeholders to address customizations unique to Surest groups
• Manage critical tasks within the implementation lifecycle, including validating group documentation and monitoring internal cross-functional tasks

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in healthcare and project management
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools
• Experience with implementation and JIRA
• Strong organizational skills to ensure timely group installation
