Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to onboard and support customers in using their product.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding calls and train customers to use the product effectively
• Ensure completion of technical implementation and account set-up for new customers
• Create educational materials and document best practices for customer success

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role at an early-stage SaaS startup
• Familiarity with modern SaaS technologies such as Slack, Notion, Hubspot, and/or Salesforce
• Accounting/finance experience is preferred; interest in learning the space is required
• Passion for process improvement and increasing operational efficiencies
• Ability to articulate complex concepts in a straightforward manner
