Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst responsible for planning and tracking client-driven change orders and new job setups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and track project plans for client setups and change orders, including documentation and meetings
  • Manage the external client implementation process, including planning, issue resolution, and testing scheduling
  • Identify, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure client needs are met, while maintaining accurate specification documents
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or MIS, or a high school diploma with equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in related IT systems and business operations, or 6 years with a high school diploma
  • Knowledge of transaction processing systems and formats
  • Experience in technical writing and business documentation
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
