Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to provide outpatient services through their telehealth program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment via telehealth
• Conduct therapy and assessments for clients
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling with at least 6 months of relevant experience
• Valid LPC license in the state of Illinois
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Comfortable with technology and telehealth software
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
