Job Summary
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Advanced Care/Med Surg.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care through the nursing process and maintain accurate documentation
- Conduct initial assessments and develop appropriate care plans based on patient needs
- Ensure patient and employee safety by identifying and addressing safety hazards
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in Illinois
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of hire
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a nursing role, preferably in a similar setting
