Job Summary

A company is looking for a licensed Doctor of Optometry to work remotely in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine patients using patented remote technology in states where licensed
• Communicate with patients through specialized video conference technology
• Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with the support of Ophthalmic Technicians

Required Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Doctor of Optometry license in Illinois
• Experience with tele-optometry is preferred
• Availability for full or partial workdays, including Saturdays
• Multiple state licenses are a plus
• Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
