Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Contracts Counsel to support public sector and commercial agreements remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage a variety of public sector and commercial agreements
  • Review, draft, and negotiate public agency and professional services agreements
  • Engage in sophisticated commercial contracting work on a part-time basis
Required Qualifications
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in commercial contracting law
  • Significant experience with public agency agreements and professional services contracts
  • Familiarity with federally funded project requirements preferred
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
