A company is looking for a Wellness Coach (ICF or NBHWC Certified) in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members through video consults and messaging
• Document encounter summaries in the practice management system
• Collaborate with the Care Delivery team to meet member needs and provide culturally humble care

Required Qualifications

• ICF or NBHWC certification
• Residency in Canada
• Fluency in English and French
• 2+ years of experience in the tele-health space
• Passion for women's and family health
