IAM Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IAM Business Analyst to support IT Security initiatives and client access management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective client identity and access management
• Conduct access certification reviews, perform quality checks, and analyze issues related to access management
• Facilitate risk issue remediation analysis and assist in developing new procedures and workflow documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, identity access management, or related technical fields
• Experience in managing complex technology initiatives and enterprise relationships
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Tenacity and ability to perform under pressure to achieve deliverables
• Preferred certifications include PMP, ITIL, or Identity Certifications
