Job Summary

A company is looking for a HubSpot Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients using HubSpot tools
• Provide training and support to clients on HubSpot CRM and its various hubs
• Collaborate with clients to ensure successful implementation and usage of HubSpot solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in onboarding or customer success roles, preferably in a B2B environment
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
• HubSpot Certification in Onboarding or Implementation is a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
• Familiarity with API integrations and third-party tools connected to HubSpot
