Analyze, design, implement, and maintain HRIS systems, including ATS and performance management platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and recommend system enhancements
Develop test plans, conduct systems testing, and ensure the integrity of sensitive data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 7 years of prior HRIS experience
Experience with global HRIS implementations, particularly in recruiting and performance modules
Proficiency in advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL
Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Success Factors, and/or ICIMs preferred
