Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Technology AI Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on AI features within Oracle Fusion HCM and HR ServiceNow, evaluating business impact and technical feasibility
• Configure and optimize AI-driven functionalities to enhance HR operations and streamline processes
• Develop and present reports and recommendations for AI adoption within HR systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and HR ServiceNow
• Deep expertise in AI-driven features within HR technology
• Ability to ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical standards
• Experience in providing training and documentation on AI-enabled functionalities
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
