Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Equity Mortgage Processor to manage loan applications and ensure accuracy and timeliness in the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage a pipeline of Home Equity loans while ensuring timely communication with all parties involved
• Request, gather, and analyze necessary documentation from borrowers and third parties for underwriting approval
• Maintain organization and adapt to changing mortgage guidelines while exceeding productivity expectations

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of mortgage processing industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae guidelines
• Able to maintain a pipeline of 30-50 loans of mixed variety
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS
• Team-oriented mentality and ability to work well under time constraints
