Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate in Healthcare Investment Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day investment banking mandates including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory
• Support sector coverage and business development across healthcare verticals
• Manage and train junior investment bankers

Required Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience in healthcare investment banking
• Strong educational background with a Bachelor's and Master's degree preferred
• Series 79 and 63 licenses preferred
• Outstanding work ethic and willingness to travel as necessary
• Experience in managing and training junior investment bankers
