Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Healthcare Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and partner with Regional Managers and other departments to operationalize best practices and support clinic operations
• Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of Regional Managers while fostering a culture of 5 Star Service
• Measure and report on key performance indicators, guiding the team to meet quality and growth goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or business management; Master's preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in practice or healthcare management
• Experience in developing physician relationships and leading initiatives to enhance patient and physician experience
• Strong knowledge of operational and financial performance metrics in healthcare settings
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and manage conflict productively
