Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments and conduct surveys
• Assist patients with benefits and insurance information while enhancing their healthcare experience
• Perform outreach to assess high-risk patients and promote preventative health screenings

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Strong computer experience including data entry and navigation
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
• Able to provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
