Healthcare Compliance Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct support to a portfolio of Professional Services accounts
• Drive customer Professional Services engagements to high-quality, high-impact, and high-value results
• Develop and refine Professional Services product offerings to maximize value to customers

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 7 years of compliance-related work in a healthcare setting
• Minimum 5 years of experience providing professional services with a SaaS product to healthcare organizations
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Health Information Management or Health Informatics
• Deep knowledge of compliance regulations and auditing in a healthcare setting
• Experience directly managing team members with a demonstrated history of success
