Key Responsibilities

• Manage exceptional client service and account management activities for 3-4 accounts
• Drive project execution and client communications in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Develop marketing strategies, manage account finances, and ensure client feedback is addressed

Required Qualifications

• BA or equivalent work experience required
• Client services experience in healthcare preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in developing project scopes and client/vendor contracts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint
