Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day revenue cycle management operations, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance and implement strategies for optimization
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of insurance claims and related records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred
• 10+ years in Finance, with at least 5 years focused on revenue cycle management
• Experience in revenue cycle management within healthcare required
• Proven knowledge in insurance claims, coding, billing, and claims processing
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
