GXP Learning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ComplianceWire (GXP) & LXP Learning Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the Compliance Wire LMS for R&D training content, managing user accounts, groups, and permissions
• Create, update, and maintain training content, curricula, and assignments within Compliance Wire
• Generate compliance training reports and metrics, and support users with technical issues related to Compliance Wire

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of quality training experience
• Basic knowledge of GxP requirements and experience in a GxP-regulated work environment
• Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS), with experience in ComplianceWire highly desirable
• Experience with LXP platforms and developing engaging learning experiences
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., education, training, technology)
