GTM Talent Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Talent Partner to identify and engage top revenue talent in fintech.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top sales talent, focusing on AEs and BDRs in high-growth SaaS environments
• Partner with the Senior GTM Talent Partner and sales leaders to define sourcing strategies
• Research talent hotspots and maintain up-to-date records in the ATS while supporting scheduling and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition, particularly in sales or GTM roles
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive communicator with experience in delivering a high-touch candidate experience
