Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives that drive growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral
• Lead end-to-end experimentation cycles, including formulating hypotheses and launching A/B tests
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define roadmaps and deliver value quickly

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in product management or growth product roles, preferably in consumer tech
• Demonstrated success in optimizing user journeys with measurable business impact
• Deep expertise with A/B testing frameworks and data-informed decision making
• Strong understanding of consumer product UX and growth strategies
• Bachelor's degree required; background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field is a plus
