Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the email design system, creating scalable modules and templates for engagement
• Translate insights and testing data into design iterations that balance conversion with brand integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
• 4-6+ years of experience in digital experiences and brand systems for consumer-facing brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, typography, layout, and storytelling
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion or prototyping skills are a plus
• Experience with lifecycle marketing and understanding of email design best practices
