• Lead global sourcing and supplier development initiatives
• Manage supplier exploration, qualification, and onboarding processes
• Oversee contract negotiation and execution for sourcing projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sourcing and supply chain experience
• CPSM Certification preferred
• Strong negotiation skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to travel globally (10-15% of the time)
