Global Solutions Design Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Global Solutions Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global solutions design function to align with business strategy and client needs
• Develop scalable and cost-effective HR service solutions including RPO, MSP, and workforce consulting
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in MSP services or professional services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Deep knowledge of MSP outsourcing models and HR technology platforms
• Proven experience in designing complex HR solutions for Fortune 1000 clients
• Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing strategies and commercial negotiation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
