Global Program Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Program and Project Managers to ensure high performance and customer-centricity
• Oversee the delivery of enterprise customer onboarding, strategic programs, and internal projects within scope and budget
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA or Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, or customer success
• 3+ years of people management experience, preferably in a remote or complex environment
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-stakes projects
• Experience with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence
