Global Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Litigation & Investigations Counsel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact for global litigation and US-based investigations
  • Manage outside counsel and guide matters to ensure progress
  • Coordinate with compliance and export teams on regulatory authority investigations
Required Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in investigations from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house
  • Experience in managing outside counsel and international litigation/arbitration
  • High-level practice in litigation groups (senior associate, counsel, partner)
  • Ability to work remotely and adapt to part-time assignments
  • Experience with US-based regulatory investigations is preferred
