A company is looking for a Global Enterprise Deal Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and negotiate complex financial contracts exceeding $80M in Total Contract Value
  • Collaborate with customers to create innovative fiscal solutions that enhance revenue and margin growth
  • Analyze and recommend strategies to accelerate sales and optimize commercial outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of direct sales experience with commercial enterprise customers
  • Extensive experience in contract negotiations for large-scale agreements ($25M+ annual spend)
  • Experience with RFP and software negotiations for contracts over $100M
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel)
  • Knowledge of pricing, economics, and accounting principles (GAAP and Non-GAAP)
