Job Summary

A company is looking for a Geospatial Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for global Public Policy efforts, integrating various data sources
• Leverage geospatial datasets to meet Public Policy needs and ensure collaboration across teams
• Identify and evaluate external geographic data sources to enhance Policy work and support data management tasks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, infrastructure, or data engineering
• 3+ years of experience working with geospatial data
• Expertise in SQL for complex data transformations
• Experience with Python for geospatial applications
• Knowledge of external geospatial data sources such as OpenStreetMap and census data
