Job Summary
A company is looking for a Geospatial Data Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for global Public Policy efforts
- Leverage geospatial datasets to meet Public Policy needs and ensure collaboration
- Identify and evaluate external geographic data sources to enhance Policy work
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, infrastructure, or data engineering
- 3+ years of experience working with geospatial data
- Expertise in SQL for complex data transformations
- Experience with Python for geospatial applications
- Familiarity with OpenStreetMap, Precisely, and/or Wiki data
