Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer service, or sales roles; healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred
• Tech-savvy individual capable of navigating systems like Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Calm, caring, and professional presence when working with families in stressful situations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
