Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of the Health & Life Sciences Staffing business line, focusing on revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and develop a business plan for staffing services
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and drive the development of talent solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in building and managing a staffing business
• 3+ years of P&L ownership experience
• Experience in non-professional staffing organizations, preferably within Health & Life Sciences
• Demonstrated success in launching new business or product offerings
