Tasks
• Monitor in-game activities to ensure a safe and fun environment for all players.
• Implement and enforce game rules, addressing any violations or disruptive behavior.
• Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback on game mechanics and player experience.
• Assist players with issues they encounter, offering guidance and support when needed.
• Host and organize in-game events and activities to engage the player community.

Requirements
• Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming communities, especially within Roblox.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with players and team members.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and address issues or rule violations quickly.
• Previous experience as a moderator or community manager is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our global player base.
