Fully Remote Customer Support(Entry Level)

We are looking for dedicated and empathetic professionals to join our customer support team. In this role, you will engage with individuals and businesses to provide tailored assistance, ensure a smooth support experience, and foster long-term client satisfaction. You’ll use digital tools to respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide helpful guidance—making a meaningful impact on every interaction.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional support to customers through chat, email, and video calls.
• Identify client needs and provide relevant information, solutions, or guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Educate clients on tools, services, and self-service options.
• Handle onboarding processes and help clients navigate digital platforms.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring timely follow-up.
• Stay up-to-date with company products, policies, and industry trends.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and insights.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, help desk, or digital service roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and customer support tools.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
