Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company's financial performance and develop a 5-year business growth plan
• Oversee financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while managing the accounting team
• Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic initiatives for revenue growth and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance, with 5+ years in a senior financial leadership role
• Experience in fast-growing companies, preferably in wellness, CPG, or e-commerce sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
