Fractional CFO for Retail Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional CFO / Finance and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including accounts receivable and payable processes
• Maintain QuickBooks Online and generate financial reports, ensuring accuracy through regular reconciliation
• Coordinate strategic financial tasks, vendor relations, and manage company financial documents

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a finance or accounting role within the US retail industry
• Deep understanding of retail financial operations, including trade spend and chargebacks
• Hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking sales data
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
