Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to determine the legal condition and insurability of commercial or industrial property titles
• Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company procedures
• Works under general supervision, managing own workload and performing additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in searching and examining commercial property in Florida
• Adept with metes and bounds legal descriptions
