Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Guardian (REMOTE) in Revenue Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for charge capture, coding assignments, and billing functions across hospital departments
• Facilitate resolution of undercharges, overcharges, and coding errors while performing charging analysis
• Respond to third-party payer audit requests and monitor revenue and usage reports to ensure accurate billing

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a health or business-related field preferred, or 4 years of related work experience
• Licensure/Certification in RN, LPN, RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CPC-H, or CCA required within 1 year of starting
• 3 years of clinical, coding, auditing, or related work experience
• Experience in Health Information Management (HIM), billing, charge integrity, and financial analysis preferred
• Proficiency in Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office applications
