Florida Licensed Medical Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Quality Evaluation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and facilitate the medical staff peer review process and Medical Staff Quality Committees
• Guide and mentor other members of the Professional Practice team
• Collaborate across departments to improve clinical processes and patient outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred (if not in Nursing, BSN is required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, patient safety, or healthcare leadership; prior leadership experience preferred
• Active RN or APRN license in the State of Florida
• CPHQ or CPPS certification preferred
