Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Loan Officer- FL NMLS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and close loans, utilizing company-generated leads and self-sourced closings
• Provide operational support and maintain client relationships throughout the loan process
• Utilize digital systems including LOS, CRM, and pricing engine for loan processing

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Florida
• Active Florida NMLS license required
• Experience as a licensed Loan Officer
• Ability to bring in at least 1-2 self-sourced closings per month
• Comfortable working remotely with digital systems and CRM
