Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical MTM Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct up to 100 outbound MTM calls per day
• Complete comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs)
• Provide clinical consultation on statin use according to AHA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Florida Pharmacist License
• Minimum of 2-4 years of MTM experience (4 years preferred)
• Strong clinical background; retail-only experience will not be considered
• Familiarity with Medicare Part D Star measures
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical terminology
