Florida Licensed Cardiology Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (Cardiology) to provide remote patient management and clinical leadership in cardiology care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care management for cardiology patients, including developing and monitoring personalized care plans
• Conduct remote patient assessments and respond to clinical changes to optimize patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation in electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
• Current and unrestricted Florida State license & registration in the Florida Board of Nursing
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in cardiology or chronic care management
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
